What we can get is..known to be found in clear plastic bages simply marked guaranteed quality silverplate with no maker name on the bags. Most items seem to be this one un-named(?) pattern. Any insight?

Found a blog reply comment that indicated these were found in boxes marked Viceroy Silver Company A Division of National Silver Company. The original question indicated that a service for eight has been found used approximately late 1970's era. Any confirmation of these points could clear up this maker identity.
