I've scoured the net for most of the day for the answer to this and the only conclusive answer I've been able to find is that no two answers are the same! !!!
Anyway...I've been given my nan's jewellery to go through, she has a silver coloured chain that has three separate 7's in their own individual rectangles/square stamped on the clasp and I wondered if anyone knows anything about the mark/Steel?
I've been searching to find out if this is an offshore metal standard or a makers mark, but haven't been able to find anything. I can't see any other marks on it, but because she was given jewellery from overseas by my grandad when he went on business trips, it's not unusual for me to have to look up foreign marks, but I'd really appreciate any replies. Thanks guys
