Hi, I am struggling to identify the marks on this spoon. I think it is from someone in my family history but that could be someone in Scotland (Glasgow), Yorkshire, Lancashire or Cambridgeshire. Anyway, help much appreciated as I'm not at all sure which branch of the family or what era to look for a WAC initialled person and some dates could help narrow it down.

Re: Identify marks on monogrammed spoon - mark description
Wanted to put this in title but find I can't edit! Adding it here in case someone else searches for the same marks.
To me, although 6 marks, seems like 3 marks repeated. 1. Worn, but is it a bundle of wheat? 2. Date letter, H? 3. Running fox/dog/horse.

Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
I'm sure we've had the mark before, but I cannot find it. I would say it was 'I' - 'N' - running fox.
Will keep searching.

Hi Trev - yes I thought a running fox. Hope it comes to you - just be good to be able to date it so can track down who it was engraved for.
Many thanks :)
