Hello! This Mark appears to show three Towers showing Danish silver, but it also says "plet" so I'm confused. Is this plated or silver?

More than likely a damaged (2) two tower mark for silverplate wares. Full info. on Gero history and example of two tower (round, not oval) mark on Gero plet: http://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic ... 590#p70278

Hi,
``D Hammer A`` mark stands for Dansk Arbedje (Danish product).
It was introduced by a Danish trade association founded in 1908 to promote Danish made products. Therefore, not associated with any maker and found both on silver and silver plate.
As explained above it`s Danish 2 tower silver plate mark.
