In the Heart of Waterbury Connecticut

With no maker or pattern we might have to classify this one "Just for fun". We 16 search pages referencing hospitals and another 4 related to Waterbury...not once for Waterbury Hospital. They might call it Brass City but the med. center cafeteria went with stainless and silverplate. Not sure if Rogers & Brothers had already closed, but wildly guessing the order didn't go to Gorham or Reed & Barton! Hospital started small around 1890 and today employs around 1500, but all those silver, brass, and watch employees are long gone.
