Dear friends,
As many of us, I am trying to determine the provenance of a pitcher with a basin. There are only two marks "PORTUENSE" and the letter "P" in what appears to be a shield. Unfortunately, I only have pictures of the items. I would like to determine if it is silver... or silver plated. The seller claims it is silver.
