Help identify date/manufacturer of tea or condiment flatware

Post by debbierl »

Hi all. I know only the bare basics about identifying silver & any help would be very much appreciated.

This is a 6 piece matching set with all pieces marked R above the word Sterling on back of top utensil except for the fork which is marked Sterling on the handle...

Hi there, I am pretty sure the mark is for Raimond Sterling, If you do a search for raimond on eBay, you will find a couple things that look just like yours. I have come across this mark several times, and have a pair of leaf shaped tongs with the same mark. Hope this helps!
