Help with Sterling Perfume Bottle Stopper

Hello,

My wife just bought an antique perfume bottle. It is made of lead crystal with a sterling silver stopper. There is a mark to the right of the word STERLING, but it is somewhat worn and I can't discern whether it is initials or symbol. In any event, I don't know whether it is American-made, but thought this would be the best starting point. My two photos of the mark are less clear than I desired. Photos of the top of the stopper and the entire bottle are also attached.

Any help, even pointers as to posting on another board, would be appreciated.

Thank you, Trev. I'm certain that you are correct and that it is the Webster Company. I should have recognized it when I looked through all of the American Makers marks. The placement of the mark relative to the word STERLING on the silver stopper differs from the placement in the encyclopedia, and the mark is so worn, that I went right past it. Stkp.
