ID for Sliver Salver platter Chased

Greetings:

I purchased this Sterling Slaver over 45 yrs ago at auction. There are marks (see photos) showing finess as well as probable hallmark from maker. It is finely chased and tooled and I'd appreciate knowing who made it.
