unknown pictoral and bust mark silver or plate? and who?
i this is a spoon i cannot locate this bust 6 point wheel or star, and other marks, i am fairly good at id-ing marks but maybe this is some kind or plated company makers mark, i have seem some that resemble hallmarks before is this one or is it silver and if so, where from US or Europe?

Your marks have been attributed to Joseph Seymour & Co. of Syracuse, NY. The head I quess would be considered a pseudo duty mark. I take these spoons to be coin silver.
