This dish with heart shaped handle has a mark that I couldn't find on this great, comprehensive, instructive website. If you know, please pass on your knowledge!
I got a hint that it was American, maybe Whiting, but I can't tell.
Is the middle one a map of a country, province, state, etc?
Thank you very much!

3-tiered dish with hallmark not in encyclopedia - D? S? Map?
Getting close, but still not there
I've narrowed it down to British mid-1800s, but no direct match, especially the map in the center mark. Any ideas? Thank you!

Your piece is by Concord Silversmiths of Concord, NH. Founded in 1925, taken over by Ellmore Silver of Meriden, CT somewhere in the late '30s to mid '40s, not sure how long they continued to use the Concord mark. Ellmore Silver was out of business by 1960. The center mark is the silhouette of a person (bearded man?).
