Silver Shell Nut Dish

Post by Phate008 »

I am not positive that this is British, but I thought it resembled some of the British marks I have seen. If this is in the wrong forum I apologize. It looks like the letters are a k or r in a circle, followed by an H in a shield, followed by a lion in a rectangle. Does anyone know the maker of this dish, country of origin, or an estimate of age? Thanks for any help.

I am sorry, I researched this for a while to no avail, but seconds after posting this I found that it is American and it is the Hunt Silver Company. Thanks
