Please help identify this hallmark on this spoon

Post by Edwin »

Please help me find the Maker of this spoon. I’m normally pretty good at this but I can’t find it anywhere. The only mark I see is two different squiggly lines. Thank you

Hi Edwin,

Welcome to the Forum.

That appears to be a worn, or badly struck, mark of Towle Silversmiths.

See: https://www.925-1000.com/americansilver_T2.html

and: http://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic ... ilit=towle
