Set of butter pats marked Sterling and 1662 below a capital W. The W is inside a complete circle made to look somewhat like a wreath. Can anyone identify the maker?
Thank you.

Here's Woodside Sterling Company New York 1896-1925: https://www.925-1000.com/americansilver_W6.html

I believe you are correct - Woodside . I noticed Woodside but ignored the smaller mark; the smaller mark looks like mine.
Appreciate the help.

Hi,
I have been searching and searching for the origin of this same Capital letter inside a wreath. I don't see the detail is comparible to the wreath at the link offered for the American company. The object I have is a crystal inkwell, non-ornate wreath identical to that in original photo posted. Beside it is a number as well, 1667. I feel this is from Europe somewhere and came with my ancestors, and would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you!
