Early Reed and Barton Ladle?

Item must be marked "Sterling" or "925"

Early Reed and Barton Ladle?

Please help identify for me. The hallmark is quite worn but still semi recognizable. There is also a mark oo the handle I thinknsays "STERLING HANDLE" bit it is quite worn from years of use. All said , it is not is horrible condition. Is measures about 16 inches long.
