The pattern of this spoon is King Louis The XV. I have three other larger spoons in the same pattern by Whiting Sterling. This one although the pattern is the same has a mark next to the "Sterling" that is an "E" in a rough box not the Whiting Sterling mark. Anyone know what I have here in terms of an odd makers mark on a Whiting spoon pattern. Please view photos.

This looks like one of the mark of P.E. Ellis of Toronto Canada.
