A gold belt ring (maybe rose gold)

Hello , I am trying to find out for my sister the date and where this ring was made ? I know it is 9ct gold and i'm hoping someone may know the other marks even though they are a little worn . Many thanks Paul

Hi. The ring is 9carat gold and was made in Chester in 1911. Sadly I can't help with maker but someone surely will. Best wishes, Mike.
