German Heraldic Ring

Dear All

I have recently acquired this armorial ring. I hope the group will not mind that it is gold not silver. Probably made in Germany around 1920's-1930's. Goldsmiths initials RP or RR? Please help.

P.S I am trying to identify the goldsmith and the town where it was made.
