Probably russian gold brooch?

Hi !, I didn´t know if this was the right thread for this post, if not just excuse me.
I have this gold crown brooch with diamonds, I was making some research, it has two hallmarks, one is "KP" and the other one seems to be Saint George and the dragon. I was assuming may be it is a brooch from Moscow . But if it were so, I don´t know if ¨KP¨is the jeweler and where to look for him.
Any help is welcome!
