Help identifying marks on unique egg urn: 1800 German or Austrian?

Hello! My first post and I am thankful to have found your site, what a wealth of knowledge here! I was wondering if someone could help me identify the marks on a rather unique egg urn I found. It is sterling silver and the egg itself is very thin carved agate. The owner says it is french but looking at the marks I am thinking Austrian or perhaps German.

The style of the "13" with it's square frame and cleft foot looks like the ones I saw listed in Austria, but the pine cone/pineapple-ish potted tree laying on it's side to the left reminds me of some of the marks listed for Augsburg, Germany, but none of them are a perfect match. I can't identify what the outer two marks are, perhaps a tea kettle to the left and flying bird perhaps for the right one?

Anyway, I'm interested in finding out more about it. I thought the stylized fish base would be a clue as to it's period but I have been unable to find anything like ti to compare it to. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks! -Grey

They used various combinations of marks: ``flower in pot`` mark is very distinctive.

Thank you so much!!! That really helps me track down more info on this guy. Looks like the mystery is just starting given the nature of Hanau German silver!
