Help with candlesticks

Hello. Back at the parents for Thanksgiving and out comes the old silverware. I'd appreciate some help identifying the maker and origin of this candlestick. Hope this is the correct place to post.

Here are the marks. On the left are initials that appear to be a script "WT." On the right is a P with a crown over it. There's also a strange zig-zag line.

Dear John,

My suggestion is Potugese silver assayed in Porto between 1870 and 1877. The crowned P appears in Tardy's on page 335.
