Hello Sebastian,

I see no indications of a prussian origin.
I think it is a souvenir from Bruges / Brügge in Belgium with pseudo marks. If you goggle pictures "bruges Lady Bell " you will find some quite similar bells (made of brass); some also with the inscription BRUGES on the dress.

Hello Ringo,

I can see some similar bells but as you noticed they were made of brass. I could not confirm that among them the "Bruges" inscription was present.

The marks could be fake although I had an idea about the number 12 being a 'loth' indication. I do not posses this bell so I cannot make any tests on it. Thank you for your time!

For search links only..alleged maker mark...rectangular cartouche "P.J" or "P.T". Photo still extant. 12 lot (alleged).
