I would appreciate any information anyone might be able to provide on the art nouveau pillbox pictured below. It was purchased in Paris in 2001 and has, among the markings in the image, a swan and the number 3. I was told that the lid and sides are guilloché enamel. The inside has the original gold wash. It bears various stamps : inside the box it is numbered : "3" - at the outside bottom, 935 and a workmaster stamp in an oval that reads "H.C.B.M." - the "C" wraps around the "B." Height : 9/16" - Diameter : 2" (1.5 x 5cms). Thank you in advance!

Hi Mitya,
Welcome to the forum. Beautiful Jugendstil box, but not French, as a quick look here will show.
French Hallmarks
I believe it is German (but possibly Austrian) and I've moved it to this category where there is a better chance of someone identifying the maker.
Regards, Tom
