Unidentified Hallmarks, please help!

Hello!

I have 2 large silver spoons* with hallmarks I can't seem to find online. Here are some pictures:

Hi,
It could be 13 Lot silver by Johann Bernhard Ridder from Elberfeld, Germany, beginning 19th century.

Hi,
I think this is correct identification of Elberfeld maker. If so, images can be added to Beschauzeichen deutscher Städte. (maker`s initials in data base so far).
