I think, the sign (a square with a point in the middle) behind the crown comes from Hamburg (probably there is a correlation to navigation). BTW this square is also the sign of Hamburger Sportverein. M. Steisinger was silversmith or jeweller in Hamburg. It is not clear if he is the maker or only the seller of this spoon.
