Maker I.D. please

Hi all,
Does anyone recognize the maker's mark on this spoon? I think that I have Hamburg and Friedrich Christoph Greve 1829-1854 (Assay) correct? I just can't decipher the maker. Also, why does it not have a concession mark if FCG worked '29-'54 and concession marks came into use in 1820? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Ann
