.925 Candlestick -- Help with dating and maker confirmation

I'm confident that the maker is EMIL HERMANN even though the mark doesn't look *exactly* like the one on this site. Can anyone confirm? I'm very curious about the date as well, or any other info on the item, such as whether it should be part of a set, or was sold individually? Thank you.
