German cutlery

Post by niceguy1 »

Hello

I have these German cutlery, who is the maker? The symbol is similar to the mark of A. Schollkopf of Pforzheim but not identical. Perhaps it’s Hugo Sandig of Brelau/Liegnitz?

Some are also stamped L. Spicker, who is that?

Thanks

Hello, this is a Sandig mark, Spicker was the jeweller / goldsmith / silversmith etc. who sold this. To my knowledge Schoellkopf never made flatware. Regards, Bahner
