please help id these marks possibly german?

hi can anyone help identify these marks?
i think the 12 means 700 silver content?
the wavy line is test mark?
but the others i don’t know and one is hard to make out but i’d love to know more and perhaps date

it is the hallmark of Gotha
the makersmark (W) could be Johann Caspar Wagner or a maker of family Wilhelmi
ca. 1760-80

thank you for your fast response. i’ll try find out a little more now i have something to go on. i don’t really know much about silver from outside the uk
