The heart shaped lobed areas are hand hammered/peened. It is approx. bowl measuring 5.25" handle to handle, standing 1.25" and weighing 100 grams.

Thank you very much. I have added new marks to my understanding of Hanau silver. I believe this is the first one I have found that has been partially hand hammered.

Hanau silversmiths used various sets and combinations of pseudo marks.
Usually, one identical mark is enough for positive identification.
At least two marks in your wine taster are matching Wolf & Knell.

Could you tell me other than the two headed eagle which of the two photos of marks is attributed to Wolf and Knell?

Rotate it 90 degree to the right.
It is a half eagle and looks similar to the weappon of Nuremberg or the hallmark of Preschau,
but it is'nt.

Thank you. These cross over pseudo marks makes one think Wolf & Knell may have collaborated with some other Hanau smith in this instance.
