HI,
Crowned L is an unattributed Hanau pseudo mark, often seen in various combinations,

Both the style and the marks are characteristic of Hanau historical silver, late 19th or early 20th century.
Royal monogram interlocked letters ``L`` is King Louis V (seen also on early Sevres porcelain) and the image on the sifter is most likely madame de pompadour.
