Help in identifying a curious beaker

Hi guys. I've been a lurker on this forum for quite some time and found solid information here.
I have a question about an item I'm trying to identify. It's a curious one because I'm quite certain that it was modified at some point in time.
It is some sort of beaker that has a silver coin applied in the middle of it. I identified the coin witch is:
FERDIN CAROL D:G. ARCHID AV 1661
My question to you all is about the hallmarks on the bottom. Are these silver markings or silver-plate? Also any more info about the markings will be much appreciated.
THANK YOU!
