Need help with mark ID

Please help me ID the date and maker or this server. The server has what appears to be the Berlin city mark with a "K" next to the bear. There is also what appears to be a fancy script "A" in a circle. The makers name is very very hard to read but perhaps one of you will know it at a glance.
