Reed & Barton 1332 Shaving Brush

Post by glanglois »

I recently acquired a travel shaving brush marked as sterling with a Reed & Barton mark (bird R lion rampant). It also shows the numerals 1332.

After a bit of Web searching, I still cannot find the meaning of the four numerals. Can someone please help? My ignorance of silver is nearly endless.

Thanks!
