The mark on the left is not a hallmark, but the mark of the Paris Association of Gold & Silversmiths.

Rosenbergr (#6558) quotes Beuque Dictionnaire Nr 135 as an interim, unofficial mark by Association des Orfévres, 1793-1794 (letter P on the left), and claims it was used later than 1794.

The original civil records of Paris before 1860 were destroyed during the Commune, but surviving and reconstructed indices show that Ambroise Mignerot was born in Paris 27 Nov 1759 and died there 12 Sep 1820, age 61. The latter notes that he was a silversmith, his residence was 62 rue du Temple (which is in the 3rd arrondissement, though the index states that he died in the 7th arrondissement), and that he was divorced from his wife, Angelique Cachelin.
