German 18th century?

Best everybody,

Can someone define these hallmarks for me? i can't seem to find it..

Its an openwork cake server with children in traditional German clothes and a windmill. That's why i guess it's German.

Hi,
Right, it`s German but not 18th century. Made by Gebrüder Gutgesell, Hanau.
