Need help verifying Hallmarks

Hi. An old silver picture frame has only 3 hallmarks on back that I could find. Need help understanding Dutch hallmarks (if these are Dutch). I am guessing 934/1000 because of the lion with crown. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
