Hi,
The only mark matching Sverdlovsk (``C``) I have is
Ювелирная мастерская, No 24 Миниприбора СССР
(Jewelry workshop) ``Minipribor`` must be one of those Soviet abbreviations (small utensils or something like that).
There were two more workshops with 4 SK in Stavropol and Syktyvkar, but I think they can be excluded.
That`s all I know

Yes. It's from Sverdlovsk (now Ekaterinburg), 1974.

"Свердловский Завод по обработке цветных металлов (ОЦМ)" (сейчас "Екатеринбургский Завод по обработке цветных металлов")

"Sverdlovsk non-ferrous metals processing works" (now "Ekaterinburg non-ferrous metals processing works")
