I think it`s 1957. Letter ``H`` stands for Tallinn assay office.
What about Kokoshnik bellow with Delta ?

Yes, definitively 1957.Soviet mark with hammer under worker`s head in profile and Greek letter ``H`` for Tallinn Assay Office.
The mark was used 1954 - 1958.

Kokoshnik mark 1908 - 1917, Greek letter Delta for Moscow assay office.
Hard to say if it`s authentic with the image quality. What`s the object ? It might help, maker`s mark etc.Thank you.

Thanks AG,
There are 3 items with this mark two silver cylindrical pots (Jewis ceremonial) one with an eagle on top of a very fine filigree clover leaf shaped decoration on the top of the lid and a lion and a man standing reading from script on the side sitting on a square base with 4 half ball feet. (Sorry no photo here)
The other is a very highly decorated gilded silver and various coloured enamel Wine / Vodka Kosv. again no photo here.
Many Thanks again AG

Hello again,
``Jewish ceremonial`` is very suspicious if you are referring to Moscow Kokoshnik mark.
Please, take care with Russian Judaica; almost hundred percent items are faked.
If you cannot post images, it`s OK with me, just be careful.
