I went through silberpunze site and have two possible matches from Bremen,
Jacob Mueller and Johann Christopher Buschman I.

Yes it looks like this makersmark but the hallmark looks like this
I am not sure if Kastern was right with Johann Christopher Buschmann I - I think your mark is older
I think Yor mark looks like

there was a Johan Henrich Tiedemann I (Master 1708), + ca. 1742
no102 - but no makersmark in Scheffler

I think it is the same hallmark like this of Jacob Müller
becouse JH Thiedemann married Jacob Müller's dauger
after Tiedemann's death his widow continues the workshop
