Help to identify this mark in a tea strainer

Hi everyone, I have a silver Strainer with the marks that you will see in the photos, I could not find anything about that,The mark is 916/000 and a pictorial. Please I would like to know to whom it belongs and of the year it is.

Thanks for your help, it is correct, now I know what I have, I will try to find out the approximate year of manufacture.

Matilde, worked between 1909 and 1940, after this date she joined with Meneses.
