JEÅ for; Johan Erik Åhlen, I believe active in Sala 1827-1862. If correct it should be N4 for 1843

Interesting!
Åhlén's working period is nowadays changed to -1827-1859. He became master in Stockholm 31.3.1824, but he didn't work there, but where (not known)? Another point is that the maker's mark in question is not registered as shown, JEÅ, but as IEÅ, I.E·Å or J:E:Å, interesting indeed!

Could you show the whole object, what is it?
