Anyway, I took the risk....
The mark belongs to Theodor Olsen in Bergen, Norway 1868-1890

Hi,
Qrt.S is right; it is T.Olsen of Bergen,fourth generation of jewelers and silversmiths,still in business.
Compare the mark on enameled spoon with your mark.
