Hi all,
Part 2 of the unknown silver mark. This is the only mark on a late 18th century pocket watch. Probably French.
Can someone help me out?

Unknown silver mark II
Re: Unknown silver mark II
Hello
IF this is French, it dates after 1798, and I’d like to see at least a silver standard mark in addition to the purported maker’s mark in a lozenge to justify an attribution to France. Also the stamped model/inventory numbers appear to date no earlier than the nineteenth century.
Good luck in your further research.
