Hi Rico,

I think we are going to need a more full on shot to be sure, but it appears to be a London import mark and a standard of 9 or 12 carat.

Hi Rico,

I read that as 12 carat gold, imported to the UK via London in 1907.
Sorry I can't help with the maker.

Hello.
That would be London importer George Stockwell, 16/18 Finsbury Street.
Entered his first mark June 15, 1907.
Last mark entered at London June 27, 1918.
