I would greatly appreciate the help with the following hallmark. I think that the ring was attached to the Russian made order of St Vladimir later in Western Europe, possibly France. The order was made between 1821 and 1836.

Welcome to the Forum.
Can you try and capture a larger, sharper close-up of the marks? Take the image in diffused daylight, no flash, using the macro feature on your camera.

Thank you for posting the new images.
To me, this appears to be a Dutch import mark (a boar's head erased facing right) that was used on small objects of precious metal during the period 1831-1893:
I'll try and post an image of the printed mark a little later.
