R P in hexagon, can't find who this mark belongs to.

Hi, been searching online for the pass hour and the only information just refer the maker as R P. The ingot was assayed in 2000 so it's recent any information would be greatly appreciate.

I am pretty sure the mark is still in use today, perhaps someone from Birmingham can help out.
