14k Swiss Case Mark

This is an art deco style pocket watch, hallmarked with the Swiss Crown, a big squirrel, a little squirrel, and all the symbols "14k" and "0.585" and "56" so I guess this watch could have been sold in America, Europe, or Russia. The dial is not marked with a maker, although a plate on the back of the watch could be removed and a manufacturer of the movement could be determined, in theory the maker of the movement could be determined. I wonder if it is an unmarked Omega movement, but really it is not known at this point in time.

Can anybody determine the name of the watch case maker that is right above the serial number? It might be two or three initials arranged in a symbol?
