I recently purchased a very nice card case on a whim, as my family are originally from the Middle East and I liked the look of it and its functionality.
I am wondering by the mark on the inner of the case if this may be from the Middle East, maybe from Iraq.
The marks in the photo are the only ones I have found on or in the case, which I may have upside down or not.

Re: Help required with mark please
It's only a guess of a part of the shown marks.
Hello
The left mark I interpret (by my poor knowledge of modern Arabic ciphers):
It could be a modernized version of writing Arabic ciphers; in this case: 812 (also in "little" be struck there in the same mark, placed diagonal top down, in the lower left corner).
The on the right shown mark I couldn't interpret. It's maybe a maker's mark?
Kind regards silverport

Thanks Silverport and apologies for the late reply, I totally missed your reply and have only just spotted it by chance!
I was thinking the second mark was a makers mark also.
Thanks again.
