Egyptian Silver

Hello all,
This is my first post!

What brought me here are some Middle Eastern silver items that I am trying to identify.
The first is an ashtray or small dish that is hallmarked 900 in Arabic with 2 other symbols. The dish is also engraved with Hosni Mubarak’s signature, so I’m sure it is Egyptian.
